GI JOE SAWS GUNNER

Finally, Hasbro has shot to the head of the 1:6 pack! Regularly priced at $15.00, this Army Ranger Gunner was marked $9.49 at KMart.

This super-articulated Joe comes with many goodies: Tan Ranger Beret, Camo Kevlar helmet, BDU shirt and pants (much improved over previous attempts), dogtags, boots, M-249 SAWS, extra belt of ammo for the SAWS, web belt (again much improved), 2 M-16 ammo pouches, and 1 canteen.
THE M-249 Hasbro has really made up for past attempts with this piece. The M249 Squad Automatic Weapon System easily rivals 21st Century's version. Like 21st's, the bipod can be folded up into the stock.
The ammobelt is loaded into a can, which then clips onto the bottom of the weapon. The belt even clips in place on the weapon, and the receiver lid folds up and down!
The bolt even moves!	The carry handle folds down as well.

UNIFORM

And check out all the great insignia, name tapes, tabs and so on!

Ugh. Plain old 'tags. Some things never change...

Hurrah! Finally! A decent web belt!

Nice M-16 pouches... I wonder where he keeps spare ammo for the M-249 (I know, I know, the '249 can use M-16/M-4 mags)

Only ONE canteen! I don't know about Joe, but I'd get pretty thirsty toting that '249 around all day!
